Health Promotion at Work

The objective of promoting health and wellbeing within an organisation, is to influence your workforce to make healthier physical and psychological choices, retaining a healthy workforce.

An employer who promotes good health practices will maximise the potential of their workforce.  This may lead to the optimum - a happier, healthier, more harmonious organisation.  Your absence rates, incidents, accidents and near misses will fall, staff motivation will rise and your climate for better business will improve.
The H Club goal is to help to develop and assist with delivery of a health and wellbeing strategy which is specific to your business needs and which adds value.

At The H Club we intend to create long term relationships between our member practitioners and corporate clients around the United Kingdom.  Relationships built on mutual trust and respect with a passionate focus for doing what we do well, and with fair reward.

All of our tutors, lifestyle advisors, nutritionists, personal fitness trainers, first aid instructors and wellbeing practitioners are qualified, registered and insured in their expert fields, ensuring the highest levels of advice and service are maintained.

The H Club encourages collaboration with company staff: health and safety experts, your medically trained persons, physiotherapists, occupational health and other resources involved with employee wellbeing.
