  1.  Identify areas of your life you want to improve
  2. Ask yourself the reason for this change - why is it important to you?
  3. Imagine having achieved your outcome.  What does it feel like, what are you doing, what can you see, feel and hear?
  4. What difference does it make to your life?
  5. How does it affect you and the people closest to you?
  6. Do you have everything you need - who can help you, what else? use your time to research, look for all available resources
  7. What do you do when things don't work out exactly as you planned? - stay detached from your outcome
  8. There is no such thing as failure, only feedback.  Ask yourself what you can learn, and how you will do things differently next time
  9. Take control now - Are you  the cause or the effect?
  10. Remember doing nothing? - Is still doing something better than putting it off?
