The H Club's uniquely person centered, multi-disciplinary approach to wellbeing services has established our place as leaders in the health and wellbeing industry. This allows us to make a distinctive and substantial impact with the wellbeing services offered to our clients - even exceeding their individual targets for improvements in their health and lifestyle.

Our diversified approach to wellbeing helps us grow. We monitor and follow new initiatives and knowledge, constantly adapting to improve our understanding of new massage techniques, complementary therapies, fitness, lifestyle and health. Above all, we listen to our clients and focus our efforts at helping them achieve thier potential in life.

Wellness Screening

Following the highest standards of professional care, our practitioners ask individuals and clients participating in therapy sessions to comply with out Wellness Screening prior to any treatment based session. We discuss:

Are you taking any prescribed medication or under medical care for other conditions ie diabetes, back pain etc
Are you under medical or physiotherapeutic supervision, if so, what for
If pregnant, are you over 13 weeks and have had a stable pregnancy to date
Are you are aged over 18
Do you have any blood pressure issues
Have you had any treatments previously
Do you already have a regular practitioner that you visit

If taking prescribed medication or under medical supervision, you will need to confirm that your medical adviser has no objections to your partaking of a treatment (including if you are under medical supervision that does not include medication, ie physiotherapy)

How do practitioners qualify to become members

The H Club member practitioners are carefully selected and verified to ensure that the qualifications they hold are professionally recognised and enable the practitioners to maintain full practitioners insurance.

The H Club member practitioners may be:

HSE recognised First Aid instructors or Instructor Trainers
Tutors, Management Development Trainers, Coaches, Teachers
Therapy Practitioners (Holistic / Complementary / Sports / Nutrition etc etc)
Personal Trainers / Exercise, Sport and Fitness Instructors
Counsellors / Psychotherapists / Hypnotherapists / Lifestyle Coaches / Stress Managers
Doctors / Nurses / Midwives / Health Visitors
Image, Colour and Style consultants

Service Terms and Conditions

1. Practitioner appointments and treatments are subject to availability. Treatment types available will vary according to location and qualifications of the practitioner. Available appointment times and days of the week also vary by location. Please enquire for further details.

2. Clients taking any form of prescribed medication or under medical supervision must first seek confirmation from their medical adviser that they have no objection to the voucher holder receiving the chosen treatment.

3. A cancellation policy is in operation. Clients who cancel appointments with less than 48 hrs notice, or fail to turn up, will be charged 50% of the full price attributable to the booked appointment time.

4. Clients must be over the age of 18. If under the age of 18, clients must be accompanied by their parent/guardian

5. Special offers are valid only for practitioner members offering them at the time and may vary from location to location

6. Special offers are strictly subject to availability

7. Only one voucher or special offer may be redeemed per person

8. There is no cash alternative to any special offer or voucher scheme

9. All offers exclude Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank holiday periods and special event days unless otherwise specified.

10. Voucher holders are advised to call 2 weeks in advance to make their booking.

11. The H Club member practitioners are individually insured to conduct treatments provided by them. The H Club is not liable for any issue or injury.

12. Internet, e-mail and telephone bookings may necessitate a 25% non-refundable booking fee, offset against the session charge for the appointment

Individual practitioners may have individual variations or additional Terms and Conditions - please ask at time of booking your appointment. Otherwise, these Terms and Conditions apply
