Terms and conditions

Payment due in full on placement of order.  Production of Customised or Personalised goods will not commence until payment in full has been received. 

Free of charge collection must be pre-arranged to a mutually convenient time and date.

Where goods have been hand crafted using upcycled, recycled, vintage or pre-loved elements, any blemishes or imperfections are considered part of the charm and unique nature of the final product.  As such, these will not form justification for return of goods.

Custom or Personalised Goods may not be changed, exchanged, cancelled or refunded after agreement of design, etc which must be agreed to be finalised at time of placement of order. Any variation thereafter may be permitted only prior to commencement of production but may be subject to additional charges. Such charge must be paid in full for work to continue. Cancellation of order will not be permitted once work has commenced.

Buyers will pay all shipping costs, taxes, duties, tracking, insurances etc as appropriate to their location in addition to the selling price of the goods.

Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer at time of shipping.  Goods will not be shipped until full payment of funds is cleared as being received into our account. Order cancellation will not be allowed once goods have been shipped.

Returns only accepted when accompanied by prior agreement and issue of a pre-arranged Returns Note number.  Full cost of returning goods to be borne by the returnee.
